Game Over

When a player builds an 8th district, finish the current round then the game ends. A player’s score is equal to the sum of his districts’ worth plus any bonus points. High score wins. Bonus points are awarded for
+4 for the 1st player to build 8 districts.
+3 for having districts of all 5 colors
+2 for each subsequent player to build to 8 districts
